Terms and Conditions for VinylCleanPRO
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VinylCleanPRO website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services Offered
VinylCleanPRO provides vinyl cleaning, repair, and re-installation services. Specific services and associated pricing are detailed on individual service pages.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is based on pre-payment of service selected. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website.
4. Cancellation / Postponement Policy
Cancellations / Postponement must be made in writing and communicated to VinylCleanPRO. All cancellations or postponements must be made at least 5 days in advance. For cancellations or postponements made 4 days or less before the scheduled date, the company will refund 75% of the amount paid. If cancellation or postponement occurs 1 day prior or on the same day as the appointment, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. This policy applies equally to both cancellations and postponements unless otherwise specified.
5. Liability
VinylCleanPRO is not responsible for any damages to vinyl surfaces that are pre-existing or caused by factors beyond our control. We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee perfect results in all circumstances.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
7. Changes to Terms
VinylCleanPRO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
